Free Hypnosis Scripts

When you start looking for free hypnosis scripts, most people will begin with their favorite search engine. This can be a good way to track down free scripts but many sites that promise things for free then go on to do their level best to sell you items. Which is only fair as they need to make money somewhere.

You need to check the quality of any hypnosis script you get for free. After all, it's your mind that will be affected and even a seemingly innocent change in words can be enough to make a script less effective or move it in a direction that you don't want to take.

So make sure that you check out the credentials of the person offering you a free script. Or a paid one, for that matter. Have they had hypnosis training? Do they have any letters after their name and, if so, do these letters mean anything?

Due diligence is the name of the day. There are top quality free hypnosis scripts available for download. You just need to track them down.

Typically, you will need to record a free script before you can use it. It's not easy to read from a script when you're hypnotized and your eyes are closed.

If you don't want to go to the time and effort of recording the scripts you find, look out for free hypnosis mp3's instead. They can be a great introduction to the power of hypnosis and you can use them on yourself or on others around you.

Don't Let Other Peoples Walls Fence You In

"How's it going?" I asked the clerk in the new bookstore. "Well you know," she replied "it takes a long time to build a business." I caught myself just before I muttered in agreement and instead said, "Does it?". You see, the clerk is simply repeating a commonly held belief, a global belief that it takes a long time to build a business. This is not a fact just simply a belief and limiting one at that. Unfortunately, it is held by enough people that would begin to believe it's a fact. We are surrounded by limiting global beliefs. Throughout history, people have been held back by these beliefs. The world is flat, man cannot run a four-minute mile, man was not meant to fly and on and on until someone came along and disproved them. There is a commonly held belief that 80% of new businesses fail in their first five years.

This is simply not true, this particular inaccuracy is a distorted version for fact from the Small Business Administration, that said that of the business that fail, 80% do so in the first 5 years. That's a very different statistic. I'll bet these limiting global beliefs hold you back. Don't be the clerk in the bookstore and automatically assume that it will take a long time to succeed. By making this incorrect assumption is hindering their chance for immediate success until the appropriate amount of time passes.

It has been said that if you expect the best you'll very often receive it. Expect to succeed, expect everything to go smoothly and do everything you can to assure it does. Just because someone or some group of people believe something will be difficult, or take a long time, does not make it so. Don't let their walls fence you in. Create your own beliefs, ones that will support you and increase your chances for success. By the way, many businesses have been successful from the very first day. Business that one-day opened to the public and never looked back.

The Intricacies of Technical Translation And How To Get It Right

Let's be clear about one thing, first and foremost. Every bit of translation that you need done is important. All translation is crucial. It would be a mistake to say that sensitively translating a piece of prose or poetry isn't important, or that accurately translating an email or blog post or message from someone you care about or have an interest in isn't important or a good use of translation services. That being said there are certain forms of translation services that rely on the utmost accuracy more than others, and which can potentially produce disastrous results if they are completed incorrectly. One of the most likely candidates for most important form of translation service is technical translation.

If someone is going to translate a report written by a prominent biochemical expert than they need to understand biochemistry to the utmost degree. If someone is going to translate architectural or other design plans from one language to another than they need to have a very precise grasp of the concepts and terms involved in those fields.

The consequences of incorrect technical translation are potentially dire. If you incorrectly translate a piece of technical writing than your work could result in someone constructing a product or a building incorrectly, in prescribing the wrong medical advice, in causing a technical worker to base their research off of misunderstood and incorrect assumptions, etc. While translating poetry wrong is a crime of its own sort, incorrect technical translation can easily be a matter of life and death.

Which is why technical translation demands such an incredible level of precision from its workers. If you're looking to hire a technical translator than you need to make sure that they not only are thoroughly versed in the languages involved in your project, but that they also have a large and well developed background in your field. This is part of the reason why multi-lingual individuals who are completely trained in technical work are so sought after and handsomely rewarded within the transcription services field.

If you are in need of technical translation it's almost always better to hire from a prestigious and proven translation agency than to hire a skilled individual. The reason behind this is simple- liability. Large companies are more liable than small companies and individuals. They have more to lose than small companies and individuals so you can rest assured that large companies with lots of high profile clients are going to perform all of their work to the highest possible degree. While it might sound a little cold or callous to think about the process of choosing a technical translation service in this manner, there's no safer and more intelligent way to approach the process.

Vietnamese Vegetarian Cuisine

If you are looking for explosive flavor to tingle your taste buds then look not further than Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine. It is considered my many well heeled vegetarian food chefs to be the most sought after food on menus that have a depth of the exotic. Though the cuisine is more known for its meat fare, vegetarians will also be delighted to know that most of its signature dishes have vegetarian variants and are as tasty if not better than their meat counterparts. The vegetarian way of Vietnamese cooking is conditioned by the Buddhist culture of non violence. It is said that in the holy days of the lunar months, vegetarianism is widely practiced, and everyday recipes are adapted to make it a vegetarian affair to the delight of many.

Rice

Rice is the staple food found at almost every meal. To replace meat, Vietnamese cooking substitutes soy and tofu. Most meals have some herbs to add that extra zing. Most of those include mint, coriander, lemongrass, basil. Traditional Vietnamese cooking is known for the freshness of the ingredients used in cooking, hence fruits and vegetables are a common occurrence at every meal due to the nature of the agrarian culture. There are three main variants of cuisine in Vietnam. Cooking styles are Northern, Central and Southern. Strict vegetarians have to look out for fish sauce as in some places it can find its way into vegetarian food as it is very popular there and some cultures use it inside the vegetarian definition.

A typical Vietnamese vegetarian variation meal would consist of bowls of rice, stir fried vegetables or steamed vegetables, Canh (a clear broth of vegetables) or other soups, soy sauce blended with garlic or chili. Vietnamese cuisine attaches great importance to the number five, as five spices are essentially there in the most important dishes as are five colors, and the food is meant to appeal to all the five senses of smell, color, taste, texture and sound. Traditional Vietnamese cooking, likewise covers five elements. Those being a powder, liquid, mineral elements, proteins and fat. The distinction of these elements

National food

Popular Vietnamese dishes include the so called 'national dish', the Pho (an anise and chili tinged noodle soup for vegetarians). If you include other dishes like Goi cuon which is a spring roll or Banh mi a bread roll or some crispy shallots mixed with fresh herbs called Banh uot, you've got the makings of a fine meal.

Noodle dishes like Banh Hoi (a thin noodle with spices and topped with onion), Bun Cha Gio (a combination of vermicelli topped with deep fried spring rolls) and a vegetarian variant of Mi quang (a noodle dish with lots of herbs, vegetables, spices and roasted rice) are some of the very best dishes that express the creativity in Vietnamese cuisine.

Noodle soups are a national favorite and come in a wide variety. The common feature is the rich broth in them which can be changed in the vegetarian variants like creamy potato soup and tamarind soup (canh chuan am bo).

Standard and sticky rice are added with steamed vegetables more often than not, and make up the bulk of the Vietnamese diet. In the south, curries are popular that have bread, rice and noodles added for bulk. Pickled vegetable dishes made with onion bulbs (Duah hanh), or carrot (Dua mon) and others are standard fare. Sauces are a rage and the most common is a fish sauce. There are other sauces that can be added to reallyspice things up like Sriracha which is a really hot chile sauce or to add some zing you can go with Tuong which is a soy sauce that is popular.

Raw vegetables

Vietnamese cuisine uses raw vegetables as condiments and are called rau song (raw vegetable) or rau ghem (sliced vegetable). Rau song is vital in dishes like banh xeo. The vegetables are usually herbs and wild edible vegetables that often have a stronger flavor than domesticated vegetables. Leaves are used generously and most of these leaves and vegetables have medicinal value as well. Rau song includes raw bean sprout, lettuce (xa lach), green banana, banana flower, and guava leaves.

Finishing

All these delicacies can be polished off with mouth watering desserts like Che (sweet beverage made from beans and sticky rice, which has many variants), deep fried banana, sinht (a fruit smoothie made with local fresh fruits, crushed ice, and condensed milk). Tea, coffee, and beer are common beverages, but are often not served until after the meal.

All in all, Vietnamese vegetarian food is not only for strict vegetarians but even hard core non vegetarians will be missing a lot if they don't try out Vietnamese vegetarian delicacies!

Home Gym Flooring-Is It For Your Home

The work out movement has become so prevalent that some health aficionados are actually installing home gym flooring in their work out area at home. Is this an option for you? Do you want to invest in home gym flooring for your exercise regimen? There is a lot to consider before you decide to spend the amount of time and money necessary to install home gym flooring.

Weigh the pros and cons thoroughly prior to moving ahead. Consider how often you work out, your budget, and think about how long you plan to live in your house. Quite obviously, if you are a once in a while kind of exercise person or, if you think you may move in the near future, then home gym flooring is likely not an option for you. If, however, you are a dedicated exercise enthusiast, it may be the way to go.

Once you have decided that home gym flooring will enhance your fitness routine, the next questions are what type do you want and who will do the installation. The home gym flooring sold for the home is the same used for basketball courts and gymnasiums with some price variations, so you will have a good quality floor. Installation is another matter unless you are a do it yourselfer. If this is the case, you will definitely save money.

If this is not a viable option and you have to hire a contractor to put in the home gym flooring, remember-buyer bewares! Choose your installer very carefully. Hiring a contractor who has worked for someone you know would be the ideal situation. If you cannot locate someone through word of mouth, make sure you verify credentials through the local Better Business Bureau. In addition, spending a bit more money to have the work done properly may be well worth it.

Research is the key in your quest for home gym flooring. Done correctly, it will definitely be a home improvement you will be very pleased with. Avoid making hasty decisions on what home gym flooring you want and who should install it. Taking time will be beneficial in the end. In addition, your new home gym flooring can serve other purposes. It could be 'dressed up' with throw rugs for a more formal look or if you like to dance, you will have a built in dance floor and another fabulous way to put your home gym flooring to good use!

Why Home Inspectors Shouldn't Market to Realtors

"I'm going to blacklist you, and I'm going to file a complaint with your Association."

If you're competent and honest Inspector, you've heard this threat many times from Realtors. Some will try to carry it through, but some are just blowing off steam. Now, if I marketed to Realtors and relied on them for 70% of my inspections, (an average published by ASHI a few years ago) that could be a scary threat. He's saying "I have power over you and I can hurt your business". Where does he get this idea? Well, he is approached regularly by Inspectors like you looking for him to channel work in your direction. If he can scare you, he can control you. My response was "That's why I don't market to Realtors, Gary. You can't threaten me."

I was pretty naive when I came into this industry over 16 years ago. I believed that my role was to deliver to my client as much information about the house they were purchasing as my training and experience would allow. That hasn't changed! I also believed that Realtors understood that role and would appreciate having this information to better advise their clients. What a Rube!

I was enlightened early in my career, by a Broker. My role was not to find and report on deficiencies. It was to reassure the buyer that this was the house for them. For my transgression, I was blacklisted in two small town offices. In both cases Realtors were told in the regular meeting, that any means was to be used to prevent me from doing inspections. My business suffered, but I convinced myself that this was an exception and carried on marketing to Realtors. For three years I stumbled along gaining and losing Realtors as my main source of business. I then realized that I was never going to make Realtors happy, that this was not the exception, but the rule. I stopped marketing or even caring about the Realtor, and focused only on what was best for my client. I did run across a small number of Realtors who liked what I did for my (and their) clients. There are exceptions to every rule. Today I make a good living inspecting, depending on the market, of course.

To the new inspectors among us I want to say "Be careful". I know you're going to go out and market to Realtors, because let's face it, Realtors have a much greater capacity to generate referrals for you than clients do. But if you do what they want you to do, you're going to get sued, and rightly so. Tell them to "Go Fish" and take the hit. As one new Inspector told me recently "The best way to cover your ass is to do a damn good job."

If a Realtor asks you for some of your cards before the Inspection or shortly after the Inspection begins, that's a bribe. They are trying to sway the inspection. They have no idea how good an Inspector you are until you present your report. If they want cards the next time they run into you, that's different. If the first sale died because of your inspection, that's a compliment from a good Realtor. If you ever feel threatened by a Realtor, you'll know you're in it up to your knees, and it's going to be a bear to dig yourself out. It is your responsibility to your client to resist this pressure.

The face of Realtors is changing. Over the past few years I've been noticing that there are more and more Realtors who are thinking long term. The immediate sale is no longer more important than their long term reputation. I imagine the internet has something to do with that. There are still plenty of the old style Realtors around, but the professionalism displayed by some of the new Realtors gives me hope.

Make a Budget to Help Your Dreams Come True

A budget is a very important tool when you are trying to meet financial goals. It helps you to see where your money is going and therefore helps you determine where you can cut back. It also gives you something to go by when you get paid rather than piddling your money away. If you are serious about managing your money, a budget is an absolute necessity.

When my husband and I first got married over 14 years ago, we had no idea of how to manage our money. Well, my husband had a little idea, but not me. I worked but I was very frivolous and piddled my money away. We always had a hard time paying our bills because of this. I had nothing to show for my money except make-up, restaurant reviews and other un-necessaries. Then my son came along and changed all of that. I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom.

We also wanted to have more money to travel, save for retirement and college funds, and purchase our own home. This was our motivation for preparing a budget. We knew we had to start managing our money better to be able to do these things and it seemed impossible to have any of it at the time but we had to start somewhere. You should do some thinking as to why you'd like to have more money. Everyone wants to have more money for some reason or another. When you think of reasons, write them down at the top of a piece of paper. This will help you stay on track and give you motivation to stick to your budget.

So anyway, we made a budget and we stuck to it because we had our goals in the back or our mind -- first and foremost, to be able to stay home and raise our son. The way we made our budget was to list out everything we HAD to pay to live. We listed rent, power, garbage, phone, gas and food and the amounts we paid on them in a month. Then we listed our credit card bills and the monthly minimum payment amounts. We listed miscellaneous for items like clothing or birthdays that come up. You can list your budget list on the paper that you listed your reasons for wanting to save/manage money. You'll have to put some thought into some of these items such as food and gasoline. Be sure to be accurate and honest about how much you spend on these items. Look back into your checkbook and add it all up. If you write down less than what you actually spend, it will be harder to cut back.

Once we had made our list of everything we had to pay, we looked at it to see if there was anywhere we could cut back. We saw that we could probably cut back the money we spent on food by using coupons, shopping sales and discount stores, so we lowered the amount we originally budgeted. We saw that we could probably cut back the amount of money we spent on gasoline by making fewer trips to the store, only driving when absolutely necessary, etc. So we lowered that amount also. We vowed to cut back on our power usage -- turn off lights when leaving a room, dry clothes on the line, wear sweaters so we can set the thermostat lower, etc. We stuck to these amounts and made it.

At first we didn't have any money left after paying our necessities but that was okay because we had a roof over our head and I was able to stay home and raise our child. As my husband got raises then eventually started his own yard service, we began to have a little extra money left after our budget was paid. This enabled us to go out once in a while and add a new amount onto our budget called `savings'. Our savings account is where we strive to save for vacations, home improvement, retirement funds, etc. We currently put 20% of our income in there.

Within a few years, we were able to purchase our own house, remodel it a little at a time, make our credit card bills smaller (we eventually hope to be rid of them), buy a nice car and truck and visit Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. The reason I tell you this is to show what can happen if you do make a budget and stick to it.
